2) SITE PLAN (FIELD WORK REQUIRED) Some towns have extensive requirements and those will be quoted on a per job basis.

3) SITE PLAN (FIELD WORK REQUIRED)

4) LOCATE FOUNDATION (SPOT)

  • HIGH-LOW T/F IS PROVIDED
  • FOUNDATIONS WITH MULTIPLE STEPS THAT MUNICIPALITY REQUIRES ELEVATIONS

5) FINAL FOR OCCUPANCY PERMIT OR FINAL SURVEY WITHOUT GRADES.

SURVEYOR’S NOTES:

  • WE UNDERSTAND THAT IN CONSTRUCTION, LIKE MOST BUSINESSES, TIME IS MONEY, SO WE KEEP OUR LEAD TIMES FOR EACH PHASE TO 4 – 6 WORKING DAYS.
  • FOR PHASES 1 THROUGH 3, WE REQUIRE THE FOUNDATION PLAN, LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PARCEL, PROPOSED GRADING PLAN, AND ADDRESS (IF AVAILABLE).
  • FOR PHASE 5, WE MUST HAVE A SITE PLAN WITH GRADES AND BENCHMARKS OR THE GRADING PLAN FOR THE SUBDIVISION AND BENCHMARK LISTS. WE DO HAVE SEVERAL OF THE NEW SUBDIVISIONS ON FILE IN OUR OFFICE. CALL FOR CONFIRMATION.
  • DUE TO CERTAIN MUNICIPAL REQUIREMENTS, ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY BE NECESSARY (I.E. SUGAR GROVE, NORTH AURORA, NAPERVILLE).
